Free Shipping in the USA (lower 48 states)
We understand the importance of timely delivery and strive to provide efficient shipping services to our valued customers.

Made-to-Order
Each KozySak is handmade in California, USA and is made-to-order. 

Shipping Times:
Because we custom-make each KozySak to the exact dimensions of your portable crib's mattress, please allow 5-7 business days for us to handmake and ship out your order.

Delivery Times:
Once your order is shipped, the time it takes to arrive at your door will depend on how far you are located from our warehouse in California, USA. Usually, your order will be delivered within 2 to 5 business days. So the total time from the time you order to the time your order arrives is usually between 7 to 12 business days.

Shipping Outside of the Lower 48 States in the USA:
We currently do not offer shipping outside of the USA lower 48 states. If you are interested in purchasing a KozySak, please contact us to discuss.
